    • For 100/5 A CT: Used for lower-current measurements, ratio of 100 primary amps to 5 secondary amps.

  • CT Class:

    • For 2000/1 A CT: Class 5P20, indicating a 20 VA burden and 5% accuracy class.

    • For 100/5 A CT: Class 5P20, indicating a 10 VA burden and 5% accuracy class.

  • Secondary Resistance:

    • For 2000/1 A CT: 6.2 ohms

    • For 100/5 A CT: 0.26 ohms

  • Cable Loop Resistance:

    • For 2000/1 A CT: Less than 100 m (2.5mm^2), resulting in a resistance of 0.8 ohms at 75°C.

    • For 100/5 A CT: Less than 50 m (2.5mm^2), resulting in a resistance of 0.4 ohms at 75°C.

  • Max Fault Current:

    • For both CTs: Limited by switchgear rated fault current, with a maximum of 40 kA.

  • Note:

    • Cable loop resistance is kept low to limit the voltage drop and ensure accurate measurements.

    • In case of high earth-fault current, a two-way cable may be necessary.

    • The maximum through fault current is limited by reactor reactance, with inrush typically around 800 A.
