Product Maintenance License (PML) Overview

The Product Maintenance License (PML) is designed to provide support for standard system software on customer systems. It includes:

• Customer Support Information (CSI) Access Rights: Access to customer support information for assistance.

• Standard Software Failure Analysis Request Rights: Ability to request analysis of software failures.

• Software Upgrade Rights: Eligibility to receive software upgrades.

Additional Features:

• Migration Program: PML includes a special program for migrating from an existing version to the latest version at a reduced price.
